I recently stayed at Orchid Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake with my elderly parents, and I was blown away by the exceptional care and attention they received from the staff. Cindy, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and catered to their every need with a sweet and accommodating attitude. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also had excellent heating and air conditioning, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience for staying connected during our trip. The proximity to charming restaurants like Willow Cakes & Pastries and Backhouse Restaurant made dining options incredibly convenient.
